While our expertise often leads us to build and manage projects independently, we deeply value collaboration. These partnerships allow us to foster joint ventures and spin-out companies with shared expertise. By maintaining controlling interests, we are able to mitigate engineering and business risks, while driving innovation in highly strategic ways.

Consulting Expertise

Although our foundation is in consulting, we thrive as venture builders. We prefer to build or manage ventures ourselves, but we remain open to consulting engagements on a selective basis. Our consulting services cover all critical aspects of business, from fundraising and growth strategies to sales, marketing, grants, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). We also offer specialized support in areas such as human resources (HR), legal compliance, intellectual property (IP), engineering, accounting, and finance.
